Simple, Compound and Complex Sentences

1 comment:

  1. Malo William, my name is Naomi from The University of Auckland. I was interested to review your activity entitled Simple, Compound and Complex Sentences. Good job on the examples you provided in slides 1-5 - it looks like you have a good grasp of coming up with simple, compound and complex forms. Some feedback would be to check your spelling of embarrassed on Slide 4 (always remember double 'r' and double 's') - that's the strategy I use. Lastly, could you check Slide 11: I notice 2 highlighted sentences that are not independent because they can't stand on their own. Can you identify which ones they are? Look forward to your reply and keep up the great work while learning at home!
