The Roots

When I was working with the roots I learned how to make water and talk about it.
If you want to make water you need to add the dirty water pebbles and rocks.
mix it up together and drain it in the cup then refill it and drain it again and again
intill it will get sparkly and fresh. Thank you the roots for helping me learn about water.

Cross Country

On Friday it was cross country. When it was the year four boys I was so freaked out because
my heart was beating so fast that I was going to gap it. As Mr Burt slammed the clapper I tryed
to sprint but it was a complete fail. I was so breathless That I nearly came last. I had to hurry
up so I pushed myself to the finish line. I felt relived because I had lots of fun.

Living a good healthy Lifestyle makes you fit and smart. If you eat junk food it can cause
a virus to your body so if you watch this video it can change your habit and your life.

Elimination Tag

As fast as a cheetah I fled to catch the ball that hurtled towards me but I missed.

I honestly went back to the ground because its not good to ly. I wanted to

but he sprain his leg.
