Healthy lifestyle

Healthy lifestyle is about going to sleep at a early time like 5 a’clockpm or 7 a’clockpm.
In the morning we should have cereal bananas in our breakfast because it’s healthy.
If you want a ever need a drink get some water it keeps  you hijraded but without water
We won’t have any we won’t live and we won’t be hijraded.
Keeping hijraded and healthy is important because it helps your body get very good at touch

Mihi Paragragh



As the teachers were picking one of the kids in my class to share their mihi, I felt nervous to go up. When I started to walk up to the front of the the class my whole body started to shake hardout. I spoke proudly. As I went to sit back on the matt I felt joyful and relaxed.
